1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SKA SafeOne Vault (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, SKA Global Partners grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. Subscription Terms

3.1 Available Plans

SKA SafeOne Vault Pro Monthly - $3.99/month, auto-renewable subscription
SKA SafeOne Vault Pro Yearly - $24.99/year, auto-renewable subscription
SKA SafeOne Vault Pro Lifetime - $49.99 one-time purchase, perpetual license

3.2 Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings after purchase

3.3 Free Trial

If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription to that publication.

3.4 Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Store according to their respective refund policies. SKA Global Partners does not directly process refunds.

4. User Accounts and Data

4.1 Local Storage

The App stores your data locally on your device using encrypted storage (AES-256). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device.

4.2 Cloud Sync (Pro Feature)

Pro subscribers can enable optional cloud sync via iCloud, Google Drive, or custom server. You are responsible for maintaining access to your cloud accounts.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the App for any illegal purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Share your Pro subscription access with others
Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our systems

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by SKA Global Partners and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

The App will meet your specific requirements
The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
Any data stored will be accurate or reliable
Defects will be corrected

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SKA GLOBAL PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities
Damages arising from your use or inability to use the App

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via the App or our website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
