Privacy Policy — SKA SafeOne Vault

SKA SafeOne Vault (the “App”) is built with privacy by design. This policy describes what data the App handles and how.
Summary
- We do not collect analytics and we do not show ads.
- Your data is stored on your device in an encrypted database. The encryption key is protected by the system (Keychain/Secure Enclave).
- Sync is optional. If enabled, data you choose to sync is transmitted using the platform’s secure services (e.g., iCloud). You control if/when to enable it.
- Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. We do not receive your full payment information.
Data we handle
1) On‑device data (user‑generated)
- Examples: cards and accounts, IDs, expenses and income, cars, property, travel, education, todos, notes, attachments.
- Storage: Encrypted on device using a key protected by the system. The App reads/writes this data to function.
2) Optional sync data
- If you enable sync, selected data may be synced via platform services (e.g., iCloud Key‑Value or other providers shown in the App). Transmission and storage follow those providers’ security models.
- You can disable sync at any time in Settings.
3) Purchase data (Apple)
- The App uses Apple’s in‑app purchase system. Apple processes payments and may provide us with minimal, non‑identifying status (e.g., active subscription) necessary to unlock Pro features. We do not store your payment details.
What we do not collect
- We do not collect personal analytics or usage tracking.
- We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.
- We do not access your contacts, location, or microphone/camera unless you explicitly choose features that require them (e.g., camera for scanning). Permissions are requested at runtime and can be revoked in system settings.
Data retention and deletion
- Your data remains on your device unless you opt in to sync. You may delete data within the App at any time.
- To remove all local data, you can use the App’s reset options (Settings → Reset Data) or uninstall the App.
- If you enabled sync, disable it first to prevent future restores from cloud providers.
Security
- On‑device encryption protects your data at rest.
- Platform secure storage (Keychain/Secure Enclave) holds the encryption key.
- Network communications for sync and purchases use platform‑provided secure transport.
Children’s privacy
- The App is intended for general audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
International transfers
- If you enable sync, your data may be stored by platform providers in data centers outside your country, according to their policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect product or legal changes. The latest version is always available at this URL. Material changes will be noted in the App or release notes.
